Postage and Delivery :
1. All items will be sent via Australia Post regular mail. If you want your item to be sent via express mail or you require additional mail options like insurance or registered, please notify us so we can adjust your normal postage cost.
2. Sometimes it is not possible for postage costs to be calculated correctly by the system. If the postage charged to your order is more than $2.00 of the actual cost, we will give you a refund. We will notify you when this happens.
3. For large parcels, if the cost to send the item to you via courier is cheaper compared to Australia Post, we will let you know about it.
4. We normally post items purchased within 1-3 business dasy upon receipt of payment and send you a mail notification.
5. We deliver worldwide.
6. We are not responsible for any item(s) damaged or lost in transit. Items sent via Australia Post regular parcel do have tracking numbers.
Returns Policy :
Unless it is a factory defect, we do not accept returns on items made of fabrics or any personalised or customised orders so please think hard before you submit an order.
